How much does a commercial canopy, fabric awning or louvered sunshade cost?

Vestis Systems offers a wide variety of solutions for commercial and residential projects and costs can vary depending on your needs. Our canopies, awnings and louvered sunshades are manufactured using aluminum and can range in width, projection and color, all of which factor into the overall cost.

What outdoor shade products do you manufacture?

Our most popular products are aluminum canopies, louvered sunshades, and fabric or metal awnings. Our systems can accommodate custom branding or be manufactured for any width or depth required, while our lean manufacturing processes ensure that your order is quickly and accurately completed and delivered to your job site as expected.

Does Vestis offer a warranty on its canopies and awnings?

Vestis Systems offers a competitive warranty to ensure that your project is built to last and completed professionally and to your satisfaction. Our labor warranties are valid for one year from date of install, while our warranties on fabric materials can be upwards of 10 years from the manufacturer including Sunbrella (acrylic) or a 10 year pro-rated warranty on our vinyl materials. We proudly guarantee our work and stand behind every project no matter the size.

How long will the fabric last on my awning?

Our labor warranties are valid for one year from date of install, while our warranties on fabric materials can be upwards of 10 years from the manufacturer. How long does it take to manufacture a canopy or awning?

Depending on the size or complexity of your order, turnaround time can vary, however Vestis will provide you with an accurate turnaround time prior to starting your project.

Our pre-built canopy solutions and common awnings can take as little as ten business days to manufacture and ship, while custom commercial orders can take longer. Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee transit times which are subject to carrier, weather and other factors outside of our control.

Why is a pre-designed canopy right for my business?

Pre-built canopies are ideal for the exterior of your building, shielding your customers from harsh weather, while adding a modern touch. Each of our aluminum canopies are pre-designed and can be ordered in various lengths and widths, in both C-channel and flat faced styles. Each canopy or awning is designed and forged with the same American quality as our custom canopies, but they offer a faster turnaround time and include simple installation to reduce your labor cost.

Our options also include a choice of color for the top or bottom of your roof, as well as your choice of frame colors. Currently, we offer white, black or bronze for your C-channel or flat faced frame. Do you ship anywhere in the United States?

Vestis Systems works with companies of all sizes throughout the United States. Each product is manufactured using the finest materials and built to last by the hands of hard working Americans in our Spokane, Washington facility. After your order has been produced, we can ensure that it will ship out safely and accurately to any location in the US.

Do you offer canopy, awning or sunshade installation?

Yes, we offer installation services depending on the project and location. Our installation team is available in Washington and Idaho. If we cannot meet your installation needs, we will connect you with a trusted, local installer who will price installation costs for you.

How much does a commercial canopy weigh?

The weight for an outdoor canopy can vary depending on the manufacturer and a variety of factors including materials used, width and projection. In most cases, they will weigh around 0.8 pounds per square foot of coverage. This means a 10’x10′ aluminum awning would weigh 80 pounds and a 10’x20′ awning would weigh 160 pounds.
